The name Jehmer comes from the Amharic word ጀምር (jemer), meaning "to start." It reflects a simple belief: every great company starts with the courage to take the first step.
As an Ethiopian-American entrepreneur with a background in biochemistry, healthcare, and data analytics, I've built my career around solving complex problems and turning ideas into action. I founded Jehmer to help early-stage founders navigate uncertainty with clear strategy, thoughtful execution, and practical guidance.
